Mike Antonelli, SIOR

Partner

Mike joined Brown Commercial Group in 2010 and was promoted to Partner in 2018. He plays an integral role in driving the direction and vision of the brokerage team. Mike’s expertise includes tenant representation, landlord leasing and sales, investment sales, site selection, land development and build-to-suit projects. He brings an extensive background in industrial services sales and management advising businesses on complex commercial real estate decisions. Mike advises industrial clients across various manufacturing and distribution industries, helping them negotiate and secure cost effective real estate to increase efficiencies and lower occupancy costs. He primarily assists clients throughout DuPage, Cook and Will counties.Mike was born and raised in Ohio and remains an avid Ohio sports fan. In his free time, Mike enjoys exploring Chicago’s restaurant scene, testing out new recipes in the kitchen, working out and spending time with his wife and two kids.

As a lifelong resident of Chicago’s Northwest suburbs, Trinity has built an extensive network of professional connections and a proven track record of helping businesses make informed real estate decisions. She has a strong client base in the industrial, manufacturing, distribution, healthcare and food company industries. Trinity specializes in landlord and tenant representation as well as sales of end users and investment opportunities. Patricia Sabater

Chief Operations Officer

Patricia joined Brown Commercial Group at the start of 2022 as the firm discussed further growth and expansion. Brown needed a way to capture and systemize their best practices and daily behaviors while creating efficiency and consistency across the organization. Her background in management and corporate processes and procedures brought a different perspective that the Partners at Brown Commercial Group Inc. embraced and encouraged. With such a fast paced industry, the firm’s high capacity, high producing agents saw the opportunity to work towards their potentials and Patricia hopes to systemize many of the firm’s processes to allow for just that. Her primary focus is managing the firm’s operations and supporting the Partners in their vision for the future of Brown Commercial Group

In her time outside the office, Patricia organizes corporate and social events and is part of a ministry’s regional team. She enjoys hiking and exploring new restaurants and coffee shops on the weekends with her husband and dog named Stark.

Cathy Fulgham

Office Manager

Cathy joined Brown Commercial Group in 2016 with more than 25 years of commercial real estate marketing and office administration experience. She previously worked at Coldwell Banker Commercial in the Western suburbs, overseeing the management of the commercial division, designing and distributing marketing materials, and tracking broker transactions. Cathy was named the 2009 Coldwell Banker Commercial Office Manager of the Year. She specializes in helping brokerage offices grow and flourish through her industry experience as well as her organization, marketing and networking skills.

Cathy was born and raised in East Tennessee. Marrying her college sweetheart, they lived extensively up and down the East Coast as her husband served in the United States Navy. They have two children and currently reside in the Western suburbs. In her free time, Cathy enjoys exploring different art media and is actively involved in her church’s youth ministry program volunteering as a high school small group leader and mentor.

Candace Scurto

Broker

Candace joined Brown Commercial Group in 2013 as an intern and was promoted to Broker in 2018. She brings a strong marketing and customer service background to her role leading the company’s property sales, leasing and marketing efforts in the greater Northwest Chicago suburbs, focusing on the O’Hare submarket. Her education, coupled with her marketing experience from prior positions with Assurance and Victor Envelope Company, bring a much valued, modern approach to her client relationships. A native of the Chicagoland area, she capitalizes on deep local relationships to help support clients in their real estate decision-making process. Candace advises buyers, tenants, owners and investors in numerous industrial disciplines such as manufacturing, distribution and construction.Candace was born and raised in Lake in the Hills, IL. In her free time, Candace enjoys staying active outdoors, cheering on the Blackhawks, attending country music concerts and spending time with family and friends.

Collin Tyrrell

Collin joined Brown Commercial Group as a Broker in 2021 after working two internships with the firm during college. With each internship, he demonstrated strong leadership and sales expertise and was given increasing levels of responsibility. He is a member of a brokerage team that oversees property sales, leasing and marketing efforts in the far northwest suburban market, including the Elgin area, as well as in the O’Hare submarket. Collin works with business owners and tenants to help them evaluate their space needs and identify how real estate can drive growth for their businesses.Collin is a native of Illinois and grew up in the Gurnee area. He played football for four years in college and also enjoys baseball, hockey and golfing.

Jim Pietrarosso

Jim joined Brown Commercial Group in 2016 representing the interests of corporations, institutions and entrepreneurs in the sale and leasing of industrial space. Prior to joining the firm, Jim had a successful 20-year manufacturing career where he gained significant expertise from the business side of the industry. Understanding the business from the client’s perspective makes Jim a valuable resource for his clients. Jim prides himself on his integrity and tributes his success to his creativity and being a great listener. He focuses on the Northwest suburban market and offers a wide array of services including tenant representation, owner representation, acquisition and disposition.Jim is a native of the Chicagoland area. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, boating and vacationing in Aruba. Jim and his wife Anissa are recent empty nesters, cherishing every moment spent with their three adult children and grandson.

Mason Hezner

Vice President

Mason joined Brown Commercial Group in 2012. He is a key contributor to the firm’s success in the Elk Grove Village and greater O’Hare area submarkets and is at the forefront of expanding the firm’s market coverage in both areas. His dedication to clients, entrepreneurial mindset and determination to get the deal done right are all hallmarks of his business approach. Mason acts as a strategic advisor to clients on the intricacies of industrial and office acquisitions and dispositions as well as tenant representation and lease negotiations. He also works with many businesses on how to best utilize commercial real estate to support company growth opportunities. Mason advises industrial clients across various industries including light manufacturing, distribution and general industrial sectors.Mason is Chicagoland native, currently residing in Naperville. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, sampling new craft beers, grilling and spending time with his wife and dog named Stella.

Matt Hanson

Matt’s background in industrial supply, distribution and imports brings a unique expertise to his client relationships. Matt has quickly become an expert on landlord and tenant representation, investment brokerage and owner-occupied real estate. He looks at every transaction from all angles making sure his clients are satisfied while meeting their short and long-term goals. Matt has a strong customer service oriented attitude and is attuned to the many nuances that drive businesses and their growth patterns. Before starting his career with Brown Commercial Group, Matt previously held the role of Sales Representative for Grainger Industrial Supply and worked as an Office Manager for Schumacher Imports. Matt’s interest in real estate began at the University of Iowa where he took real estate courses, graduating early with his Bachelor’s degree in Interdepartmental Business Studies.Matt was born and raised in Skokie, IL and now resides in Chicago. Pat joined Brown Commercial Group in 2019. He previously worked for a general contracting business in the custom home market where he gained experience helping customers evaluate their real estate needs.
