Brown Commercial Group brokered five industrial transactions totaling 16,736 square feet in Chicago’s western suburbs.
According to the company, the deals include:
-A 3,866-square-foot lease negotiated by Brown Commercial Group’s Trinity Scurto and Daly Guzaldo on behalf of Kelly Barn Furniture at 449 Fullterton Avenut in Elmhurst, Illinois. Korman | Lederer and Associates Pat Lederer represented the building owner.
-A 3,700-square-foot lease negotiated by Brown’s Mason Hezner, along with Scurto and Guzaldo, on behalf of the tenant, Ultimate Millwork, and the landlord at 350 Lively Blvd. in Elk Grove, Illinois.
-A 3,600-square-foot least negotiated by Scurto and Guzaldo on behalf of AF Welding and Fabrication at 466 Meyer Rd. in Bensonville, Illinois. The owner, a private investor, was self-represented.
-A 2,920-square-foot lease negotiated by Brian Lindgren on behalf of U.S. Fire and Safety at 2412 Millennium Dr. in Elgin, Illinois. GC Realty’s Sharon Glasshof represented the owner, a private investor.
-A 2,650-square-foot lease negotiated by Mike Antonelli on behalf of the tenant, House of India, and building owner at 750 Birginal Dr. in Bensonville, Illinois.
