Brown Commercial Group negotiates 30,039-SF of industrial transactions
October 26, 2021 — Brown Commercial Group negotiated five industrial transactions totaling 30,039 square feet in Chicago’s west and northwest industrial submarkets.
Brown Commercial Group Broker Matt Hanson represented Pope’s Moving in more than doubling its space with a 12,367 square-foot lease at 915 Central Ave. in Wood Dale, IL. The business was expanding from an Elk Grove Village, IL location and required additional warehouse and racking capacity. The landlord was represented by Josh Will of NAI Hiffman.
“Businesses continue to face a shortage of industrial space, particularly in well-located submarkets that offer proximity to strong transportation corridors and labor pools,” said Hanson. “Despite the challenging market, we were able to find the business a space quickly to satisfy their growth needs.”
Also, Brown Commercial Group Broker Pat Crowley represented C&H Installation Group, LLC in buying a 7,000-square-foot building at 529 Morse Ave. in Schaumburg, IL.
