Our process varies from client to client as we learn of their unique business needs and goals. However, this is our general process. Our agents’ process when assisting a client is designed to help the client make informed decisions and achieve their goals in the complex and competitive world of commercial real estate.

INITIAL CONSULTATION

Our agents start with discussing a client’s unique needs and goals, as well as budget, timeframe, and any other relevant factors. They will also explain their services and answer any questions the client may have

MARKET RESEARCH

Our agent will conduct research on the local market, including property values, trends, and competition. They will use this information to identify potential properties that meet the client’s criteria.

PROPERTY EVALUATION

The agent will evaluate potential properties based on a range of factors, including location, condition, amenities, and potential for growth and expansion. They will also conduct due diligence to identify any potential issues that may affect the property’s value or suitability for the client’s needs.

PROPERTY SHOWINGS

The agent will arrange for the client to view potential properties, and provide guidance and advice on the pros and cons of each option. They may also help the client visualize how the property could be used to meet their specific needs

NEGOTIATIONS

Once the client has identified a property they are interested in, the agent will assist with negotiations, including making an offer, responding to counteroffers, and finalizing the deal.

CLOSING

The agent will work with the client and other parties involved to finalize the sale or lease of the property. This may include coordinating inspections, appraisals, and other due diligence, as well as managing any legal or financial issues that arise.

ONGOING SUPPORT

Even after the deal has closed, the agent may continue to provide support and advice to the client, such as helping with property management or identifying new investment opportunities.
