Brown Commercial brokers three leases in DuPage County
ELK GROVE VILLAGE — Brown Commercial Group recently completed three transaction totaling 14,081 square feet in the western suburbs.
Sales Associate Maria McNeil represented elevator accessory company Vator Accessories in its 7,384-square-foot lease at 1444 Bernard in Addison. The tenant is relocating from a smaller space in West Chicago due to the central DuPage County location and access to area transportation routes.
Sales Associate Brian Lindgren represented tenants in two transactions next door to each other in Naperville, closing both in the same week. He represented Partners in Performance, an auto repair company, in its 5,097-square-foot lease at 550 Industrial Drive, Unit C. The landlord, a private investor, was self-represented.
Lindgren also represented residential real estate company Luxury Real Estate LLC in its 1,600-square-foot lease at 600 Industrial Drive, Suite 202. He also represented the landlord, a private investor.
