Brown Commercial Group completes five leases in Chicago’s suburbs
Brown Commercial Group has negotiated five leases in Chicago’s suburbs. The leases included office and industrial space for companies expanding from other suburbs and across the country.
Dan Brown, Brown Commercial Group principal and president, represented accounting firm R.J. Augustine and Associates in its 4,751-square-foot office lease at 650 E. Algonquin Road.in Schaumburg, Illinois. Newmark Knight Frank’s John Norris represented the building owner, a private investor.
Brown Commercial Group partner, Trinity Scurto, represented both the tenant, Transland Group, Inc., and the building owner, a private investor, in the tenant’s expansion from California to Illinois with a 3,840-square-foot industrial lease at 10929 Franklin Avenue, Unit Q, in Franklin Park, Illinois.
In Batavia, Illinois, Brown Commercial Group broker, Brian Lindgren, represented both the tenant, pizza crust maker Chuck’s Wood Fired Pizza, and the landlord, a private investor, in the lease of 2,500 square feet at 1125 Paramount Parkway. The tenant is expanding from its previous location in Elburn, Illinois. Lindgren also represented the tenant, C-Storm Electronics LLC, in a 1,540-square-foot lease at 1092 Carolina Drive in West Chicago, Illinois. Scott Morken of Morken and Associates represented the landlord, Onofrio Land LLC, a private investor.
Finally, Brown Commercial Group broker, Candace Scurto, represented Tool Making Industry in its lease of 1,788 square feet of manufacturing space at 4535 Prime Parkway in McHenry, Illinois. Platford Real Estate’s Kris Merritt represented the landlord.
