Brown Commercial assists packaging company in HQ relocation and sublease

Korpack, a single-source supplier of standard and custom packaging as well as packaging machinery and automation solutions, has moved its company headquarters to a 56,269-square-foot space in Bloomingdale, Illinois.
Its new space at 290 Madsen Drive is nearly three times larger than its previous headquarters at in Bartlett, Illinois.
Brown Commercial Group represented the company in its relocation, and also represented it in subleasing its original 18.252-square-foot headquarters at 1232 Hardt Circle.
The ProLogis facility is located in a professional business park setting and features 28-foot ceiling heights, six exterior doors and one drive-in door.
“Our company is expanding rapidly, so it was important for us to find a business partner like Brown Commercial Group that has a strong presence in the suburban market and could meet our changing needs,” said Nicky Novy, President of Korpack.
Brown Commercial Group President Dan Brown had represented the company in the Bartlett lease. Brown Commercial Group Senior Associate Jim Pietrarosso was able to secure a subtenant for the Bartlett space, ensuring a smooth transition from one tenant to the next. Cushman & Wakefield’s Al Caruana, who was assisted by ProLogis’s Aaron Rosdal, represented ProLogis.
