Brown Commercial Group brokers three suburban industrial transactions

IL RE Journals News–Brown Commercial Group negotiated industrial transactions totaling 20,363 square feet in Chicago’s suburban market, including an 8,000-square-foot lease for Northwest Electric Motor Company at 2395 Delta Lane in Elk Grove Village, IL. Senior Broker Mason Hezner represented the tenant, who was moving from a long-term location in Schiller Park, IL. Jim Conrad of McLennan Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord, McLennan Property Management Company.
Hezner also represented Koloni, a growing bike share and smart locker software company, in leasing a 3,250-square-foot space at 158-160 Touhy Ct. in Des Plaines, IL.
Broker Candace Scurto represented a private investor in selling 2,513-square-feet of warehouse space at 3319 N. Ridge Ave. in Arlington Heights, IL. The seller was downsizing its business and sold the space to Title Electric, which was represented by Ann Obara of BHHS Starck Real Estate. Due to the strong industrial market, Scurto was able to negotiate a price that was $10,000 higher than an adjacent space sold for in the past year.

· A 2,500-square-foot lease for Teia’s Dance Studio at 6042 W. Irving Park Rd. in Chicago. Mike Cho of Open Path Realty represented the landlord.
· A 2,100-square-foot lease at 2306 S. Eastwood Dr. in Woodstock, IL for Hi-Performance Motors, LLC, an online auto sales business. Heather Schweitzer of Premier Commercial Realty represented the landlord.
· A 2,000-square-foot lease for El Sonrufero, an automobile upholstery and sunroof business, at 33 Center Dr., Unit C in Gilberts, IL. Brown Commercial Group Senior Broker Jim Pietrarosso represented the landlord.
