Brown Commercial completed 28K SF food manufacturing lease

April 20, 2026 — Beyoglu USA, a food manufacturing and distribution company based in Turkey, has signed a 28,500-square-foot industrial lease in Chicago’s western suburbs. Brown Commercial Broker Matt Hanson represented the tenant in leasing the space at 1425 Nagle Blvd. in Batavia, Illinois.
The food manufacturing company selected the Chicago market for its new U.S. facility due to the centralized location and access to major transportation routes. The building was previously leased to a food industry tenant and has the specialized power and infrastructure needed to support the new tenant’s needs.
