Brown leases 60K SF Blue Heron industrial space

May 11, 2026 — Illinois Tool Works (ITW) brought 60 employees to its new, 60,050-square-foot industrial space at Blue Heron Business Park, 2305-2325 Kenyon Road in Bartlett, IL. The move culminates a seven-month site selection, lease negotiation and industrial space build-out process. The property is located on the southeast corner of Kenyon Road and Illinois Route 25.
Brown Commercial Group President and Managing Partner, Dan Brown and Partner Mike Antonelli represented Cratos Industrial, the developer and owner, in the lease transaction. ITW is using the space for its Electronic Component Solutions group. The company’s ITW Formex and ITW Lumex brands create specialized safety and technology products and solutions for global companies in the electric vehicle, data center, appliance and other sectors.
The ITW space is part of a 166,573-square-foot development. The Brown Commercial team is marketing the additional industrial space for lease. Among the key features are:
