Brown Commercial closes 18,500 SF industrial sale
Oct. 20, 2024 — Brown Commercial Group has brokered an 18,500-square-foot industrial sale in Batavia, a western suburb of Chicago for an undisclosed price, according to this story in France Media’s Heartland Real Estate Business. Managing Partner Dan Brown, SIOR, represented the seller, Robart Manufacturing. Broker Luke Dummitt represented the buyer, Acevision, an ultrasound sales, parts and repair provider. The buyer is expanding from 9,000-square-foot leased industrial space in St. Charles, Ill.
The seller has had a long-term business relationship with Brown Commercial. “With our long history in the Chicago industrial market, we were able to negotiate a beneficial industrial sale for the seller while also identifying a strong growth location for the buyer,” said Dan Brown.
