Brown Commercial Group assists in 18,450-square-foot lease in Elmhurst
Brown Commercial Group, brokered a new 18,450-square-foot lease for Crouch-Seranko Masonry Company in Elmhurst, IL. The firm, based in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, also sold two buildings totaling nearly 12,000 square feet.
The masonry company needed a new warehouse and office space with yard storage after O’Hare Airport acquired its building earlier this year. Brown Commercial Group Senior Vice President, Trinity Scurto, represented the tenant.
The masonry company plans to double its square footage from 9,120 square feet previously in Bensenville, Illinois. Transwestern’s Joe Karmin and Justin Lerner represented the building owner.
Brown Commercial Group’s Mason Hezner, a sales associate, also brokered two sales. He represented Tooling Solutions in selling a 6,000-square-foot building in Elk Grove Village to Gregorz Kawula.
The buyer was represented by Wieslaw Michalski of American Realty & Assoc., Inc.
Hezner also represented NA Favia Builders in buying a nearly 6,000-square-foot spacein Schaumburg. The building ownership was represented by Steve Lauer of Century 21 Commercial.
