Brown Commercial Group brokers five suburban leases
ELK GROVE VILLAGE — Brown Commercial Group represented expanding businesses in five transactions totaling 32,744 square feet in Chicago’s suburban market.
Brown Commercial Group Broker Brian Lindgren represented both the landlord, a private investor, and the tenant, RV6 Performance LLC in a 10,361-square-foot lease at 3825 Commerce Drive in St. Charles, IL. The tenant is a manufacturer of performance exhaust systems and nearly doubled its square footage from its previous location in Bloomingdale.
Partner Trinity Scurto represented Ox Creative in a 9,851 square foot creative loft office space at 1 Douglas Ave. in downtown Elgin. The company was expanding from a 2,500 square foot space in East Dundee. Michael DeSerto of Entre Commercial represented the landlord, Kresmary Properties.
The other transactions were:
• Broker Matt Hanson represented Restaurant Delivery Simplified, a wholesaler of dry food goods, in leasing 6,000 square feet at 2225 Curtiss St. in Downers Grove from a private investor. The building owner was represented by Partner Mike Antonelli.
• Lindgren represented the tenant and the building owner in Servpro of Elgin’s lease of 5,032 square feet
at 955 Grace St. in Elgin from a private investor.
• Senior Broker Jim Pietrarosso represented Opus Pure in leasing 1,500 square feet of office and warehouse space at 1261 Humbracht Circle Unit D in Bartlett.
