Brown Commercial Group closed five deals in Chicago suburbs
Brown Commercial Group represented five growing businesses in finding a total of 31,626 square feet of space for expansion in the northwest suburbs of Chicago.
“Many of these users were growing out of their first start-up spaces and renting or buying larger or more efficient spaces to meet their increasing business needs,” said Dan Brown, president of Brown Commercial Group. “In many submarkets, vacancy remains low and it can be a challenge to find ideal spaces for expanding businesses.”
