Brown Completed 5 Chicago Industrial Market Transactions
Feb. 9, 2022 — Brown Commercial Group Senior Broker Mason Hezner represented Impact Printers & Lithographers, Inc. in leasing a 15,700-square-foot industrial space at 775 Touhy Ave. in Elk Grove Village. The landlord, Mask Enterprises LLC, represented itself. This transaction was one of five Chicago industrial market transactions the company recently completed, totaling 35,300 square feet.
Broker Matt Hanson represented Service Start National and the seller in a 6,800-square-foot acquisition at 150 Village Ct. in Carol Stream. The tenant is nearly doubling its space with a move from a nearby site in Carol Stream. Other Brown Commercial transactions included:
- Broker Candace Scurto represented a private investor in selling a 5,000-square-foot industrial space at 350 Bennett Rd. in Elk Grove Village to Chem-Wise, a pest control business. The buyer was represented by Sonny Ellen of Kettley Realtors.
- Broker Maria McNeil represented a private investor in selling a 4,800-square-foot industrial space on 1.68 acres of land at 575 S. River St. in Batavia. Mike Hawryluk of ICG Chicago represented the buyer.
- Partner Mike Antonelli represented the seller of a 3,000-square-foot space at 204 Dearborn Ct., Unit 101-102 in Geneva. Hanson represented the buyer, Starfish Animal Rescue.
