Candace Scurto promoted to Vice President
April 11, 2025– Brown Commercial Group has promoted Candace Scurto to Vice President in recognition of her significant achievements in Chicago’s industrial real estate market. Scurto has been a commercial broker since 2018, having started her career at Brown Commercial as an intern during college and returning after graduation and completing the licensing requirements.
She specializes in advising industrial buyers, tenants, owners and investors in the O’Hare submarket and the greater Northwest suburban area. Since rejoining the company as a broker, Scurto has been an integral part of the company’s ongoing expansion throughout the suburban market.
A native of the Chicagoland area, she capitalizes on deep local relationships to help support clients in their real estate decision-making process.
She is a member of the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE) in Chicago and an Associate Board Member of Saving Tiny Hearts Society. She received her B.S. in Finance and Marketing from Elmhurst College.
