Chicago industrial business expands
Nov. 15, 2024 — A Chicago industrial business expands its footprint with a building acquisition in the northwest suburbs, as noted in this Illinois Real Estate Journal story. Brown Commercial Broker Pat Crowley represented NetInformatik in expanding its market presence with a 10,000-square-foot acquisition in Schaumburg, IL. The building at 902-904 Morse Avenue will support the IT consulting and management company in managing its operations. Crowley also represented the seller, Buildingstars Commercial Cleaning Services, an office cleaning business.
Crowley is a key member of the brokerage team that oversees property sales, leasing and marketing efforts in the O’Hare submarket and greater DuPage and Cook Counties.
Schaumburg is the largest center of economic development in Illinois, outside the City of Chicago, according to the Village of Schaumburg’s Economic Development department. The village includes 13.5 million square feet of industrial space, along with 9.5 million square feet of retail and restaurant space and over 12 million square feet of office space. The municipality draws a daytime population of 150,000, and includes thousands of businesses, 30 hotels, over 200 restaurants and a highly educated workforce.
