Brown Commercial Negotiates 53K SF Lease Expansion

October 5, 2025 — As noted in Bisnow’s Chicago Deal Sheet, Brown Commercial Group negotiated a 53,854-square-foot industrial lease expansion at 2685 N. Eagle Way in Hoffman Estates, IL. FCA Packaging signed the industrial lease as part of an expansion in the Chicago area. Brown Commercial Group’s Candace Scurto represented FCA Packaging.

FCA Packaging operates nationally and has a strong concentration of locations in the Midwest, providing customized packaging products and services for businesses in the warehouse and logistics sectors.

Scurto overcame several challenges in finding the space, including a shortage of space that fit the company’s parameters for its operations and the need for proximity to its labor pool and customer base. “We were focused on finding space that would support the company’s operational needs while also providing connectivity to the large industrial base near O’Hare Airport,” said Scurto. “After an extensive site selection process, we identified this space that is northwest of the airport and provides easy access throughout the Chicago suburban market.”
