Brown Commercial secures Beyoglu food manufacturing lease
April 24, 2026 — Food manufacturing companies continue to focus on Chicago due to its central location, strong transportation infrastructure and concentration of food services businesses. As noted in Bisnow’s Chicago Deal Sheet, Beyoglu USA is the latest global food business to commit to the Chicago market, signing a 28,500-square-foot industrial lease at 1425 Nagle Blvd. in Batavia.
The site is the company’s first U.S. industrial space. Brown Commercial Group’s Matt Hanson represented the tenant in the food manufacturing lease.
According to World Business Chicago, the Chicago area ranks #1 for food and beverage manufacturing and generates nearly $12 billion in annual production. The region includes more than 1,300 companies employing 68,000+ workers. The surge in innovative food, proteins and specialty foods is helping to drive expansion in food manufacturing lease and building acquisition activity.
