Brown Commercial Group promotes Mike Antonelli and Trinity Scurto; adds Jennifer Nielsen and Maria McNeil to accommodate business growth
Dan Brown, President of Brown Commercial Group, announced the promotion of Trinity Scurto to Senior Vice President and Mike Antonelli to Vice President of Sales. The company also hired Jennifer Nielsen as its office manager and Maria McNeil as a Sales Associate.
These employee moves were a response to record growth as the company continues its expansion geographically throughout the five county suburban Chicago areas. The company focuses on the leasing, sale and acquisition of industrial and office properties.
Scurto joined Brown Commercial Group in 2005 and focuses on industrial, retail and office activity, primarily in the O’Hare market. She works with landlords and tenants and has built a strong client base in the healthcare, manufacturing and distribution industries. She has been an active member of the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers since 2008. She has completed more than 400 transactions since 2005. She lives in Arlington Heights, IL.
Antonelli joined the Elk Grove Village-based firm in August of 2010 and was previously a Senior Sales Associate. This is his second promotion since joining the firm. Antonelli specializes in selling and leasing industrial and office properties mainly in the Chicago suburban markets of DuPage and Cook counties. He has been an active member of the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers since 2012, and has successfully negotiated more than 200 transactions since joining Brown Commercial Group, Inc. He lives in Chicago.
Jennifer Nielsen has 18 years of experience in office administration, accounting and sales. She previously was an Office Manager with Modern Essence Dentistry in Roselle, IL. In that role she oversaw human resources, accounting and insurance functions. She lives in Roselle, IL.
Maria McNeil joined the firm as a Sales Associate. She previously spent over 10 years in new construction home sales, working with Kimball Hill Homes, for more than eight of those years. She also worked as a sales consultant with nationally recognized human resources and payroll companies. Maria specialized in building relationships with business owners, and assisting with finding solutions to their human resource needs. She will be working with landlords and tenants from throughout the suburban market. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Elmhurst College. She lives in Crystal Lake, IL.
