Brown completes retail leases for Parlor Doughnuts
July 24, 2024 — Brown Commercial Group has negotiated two retail leases that will bring the first Parlor Doughnuts franchises to the Chicago market. Broker Luke Dummitt worked with company President and Managing Partner Dan Brown and Partner Trinity Scurto in representing a private investor in leasing the two retail leases. The properties include 1301 Algonquin Road in Rolling Meadows and 227 Weber Road in Bolingbrook.
Each high-end doughnut and coffee shop will total nearly 3,000 square feet and is expected to open by year-end. The upscale Parlor Doughnuts brand was launched in Evansville, Ind., in 2019 and the company now maintains more than 70 locations nationwide. The sites were chosen based on their connectivity to growing population bases and ability to generate strong retail traffic counts. Each site also is well located within existing retail areas and near residential housing neighborhoods.
