Venture One fund acquires 16,750-SF industrial building in Romeoville, IL

Venture One Real Estate—through its acquisition fund, VK Industrial V, LP, a partnership between Venture One and Kovitz Investment Group—has closed on the acquisition of an 16,744-square-foot industrial building located at 1343 Lakeside Drive in Romeoville, Illinois. The precast building is 100 percent leased to one tenant.
The building was constructed in 1999 and sits on one acre of land. It features 22-foot clear height, two exterior docks, two drive-in doors and parking for 20 cars. Venture One secured the tenant prior to closing on the building vacant.
Mike Antonelli of Brown Commercial Group represented the seller in the transaction. Traci Payette and Rowan McDonnell of CBRE represented Ultimate Rental Services for the lease.
