Bisnow News: Brown secures 29K SF industrial transaction

November 20, 2025 — Brown Commercial’s nearly 29,000-square-foot industrial transaction in St. Charles, Illinois made the list of noteworthy industrial transactions in the Chicago area. As noted in the Bisnow Chicago Deal Sheet, Hammerbrush Restoration signed a 29K SF industrial lease in Chicago’s west suburban market. The industrial transaction allows the tenant to move into more efficient space at 3605 Swenson Ave. in St. Charles, Illinois. The company targeted a space that included a conference and office area as well as storage. Brown Commercial Group’s Luke Dummitt represented the tenant, while Lee & Associates’ Nick Eboli and Andrew Block represented the landlord, Faropoint.
