Industrial business growth drives Chicago transactions
November 26, 2024 — Brown Commercial Group negotiated four industrial transactions in the Chicago market to support industrial business growth in the transportation, mechanical equipment, home building and construction industries.
Broker Thomas Tarallo negotiated the tenant side of all the transactions and also worked with other Brown Commercial brokers to complete the deals. Tarallo represented Agora Truck Parts, a wholesale trucking part distribution company, in a 3,080-square-foot lease at 470 Bonnie Lane in Elk Grove Village, IL, in the O’Hare submarket. Brown Commercial Broker Candace Scurto also worked on the transaction, representing the landlord.
Tarallo and Brown Commercial Partner Trinity Scurto, SIOR, represented an HVAC installation company in finding a centralized location for material and equipment storage in Lombard, IL. In an effort to find space near ProTech HVAC’s clients in the O’Hare and DuPage County submarkets, the Brown Commercial team secured a 1,600-square-foot lease at 1100 N. Ridge Ave., Unit A, in Lombard, IL.
Tarallo also represented the following companies experiencing industrial business growth:
Donatelli Builders, a custom home builder, who was expanding its footprint. Tarallo helped secure a more cost efficient space with exterior parking, allowing the company to moving from Downers Grove, IL to lease 2,642 square feet of space at 1292 Humbracht Circle, Unit C, in Bartlett, IL. The landlord was represented by Brown Commercial Group Managing Partner Dan Brown, SIOR.
Tarallo also represented DMP Construction in leasing a 1,353-square-foot space at 225 James St., Unit 10 in Bensenville, IL. Trinity Scurto represented the landlord.
