Brown Commercial Arranges Space for Longtime Client Elgin Recyling

July 7, 2022 — Brown Commercial Group negotiated the sixth space expansion for Elgin Recycling, a fast-growing, environmentally focused company based in Chicago’s suburban market. Broker Collin Tyrrell worked with president Dan Brown on the 63,800-square-foot industrial lease at 1101 Wesemann Dr. in West Dundee, IL.

Brown has been a strategic real estate advisor for Elgin Recycling for more than 20 years, working to identify and secure commercial real estate space that supports the company’s recycling and demanufacturing processes for businesses and consumers.

The newly built industrial facility is less than two miles from Elgin Recycling’s headquarters in Gilberts, IL and will be used for the company’s electronics division, which supports reducing electronic waste by disassembling and recycling computer equipment.
