BCG Promotions, Industrial Sales Growth
Jan. 18, 2023 —Brown Commercial Group has promoted Mason Hezner and Jim Pietrarosso to vice president of sales. Both were formerly senior brokers, focusing on industrial and office real estate brokerage services. They have played integral roles in the firm’s industrial sales growth.
Hezner joined Brown Commercial Group in 2012 and is a key contributor to the firm’s success in the O’Hare submarket, focusing on the Elk Grove Village industrial market. Mason advises industrial clients across various industries including light manufacturing, distribution and general industrial sectors. He also specializes in working with businesses to best utilize their commercial real estate space for growth. He received a bachelor’s degree in interdepartmental business studies and a certificate in entrepreneurial management from the University of Iowa.
Pietrarosso joined Brown Commercial Group in 2016 after more than 20 years working in the manufacturing industry. He represents the interests of corporations, institutions and entrepreneurs in the sale and leasing of industry space. Pietrarosso focuses on the northwest suburban submarkets and is a member of the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE).
Brown Commercial Reports Industrial Sales, Leasing Growth
Both have been guiding forces in expanding the firm’s clients and transaction volume throughout Chicago’s suburban market. In 2022, Brown Commercial Group negotiated 5.53 million square feet of industrial and office lease and sale transactions. The total breaks down into 346 agent transactions and covers 52 cities across the O’Hare, Kane County, DuPage County, Lake County and other submarkets.
