Brown Commercial brokers sale of 3 buildings in Chicago suburbs
Brown Commercial Group brokered three building sales totaling 44,750 square feet in Chicago’s suburban market.
Jim Pietrarosso, a senior associate for Brown Commercial Group, represented the building owner in the sale of a 14,750-square-foot space at 27W966 Commercial Avenue in lake Barrington, Illinois. Martin Murray of Century 21 Commercial Affiliated represented the buyer, Pompilio Trucking.
Pietrarosso and Dan Brown, President of Managing Broker of Brown Commercial Group, represented a client in the sale of a 23,000-square-foot industrial building at 780 McLean Avenue in Elgin, Illinois. The new owner Mark Glavin will open Fox Valley Shooting Club, a gun range, in the space. Glavin was represented by John Lane of Baird & Warner.
Financial terms of the previous two transactions were not disclosed.
Pietrarosso and Brown represented the building owner in selling a 7,000-square-foot office building at 830 Roundabout Circle in West Dundee, Illinois for $545,000. Chris Rogala of Office Space Chicago represented buyer, Capstone Valuation Advisors.
