March 17, 2022 — The IL Real Estate Journal recently highlighted 40,045 square feet of industrial news by Brown Commercial Group, which, represented several tenants who are expanding in the market.
Here are the highlights of this industrial news story:
Broker Candace Scurto represented a private investor in selling a 14,875 SF industrial building at 119 Bond St. in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. The buyer was an expanding trucking company that owns several buildings in the area. Scurto also represented the tenant, Phoenix Irrigation Supply, Inc., in leasing 7,500 SF at 101 Eastern Ave. in Bensenville, IL. The tenant was expanding from an Elk Grove Village, IL location. The building owner was represented by Brown Commercial Group Principal Trinity Scurto and Broker Pat Crowley.
- Crowley also represented the buyer, a private investor, and the seller, Rice Mechanical, Inc. in a 7,500 SF industrial sale at 809 Estes Ave. in Schaumburg, IL.
- Broker Maria McNeil represented the seller, a private investor, in selling a 4,500 SF flex space at 2600 Beverly Drive, #107 in Aurora, IL and the tenant, HUDDL Design, and the landlord in leasing 1,800 SF at 1702 Berkley St. in Elgin, IL.
- Broker Collin Tyrrell represented Hairline Company SMP in leasing a 3,870 SFflex space at 4114 N. Nashville Ave. in Chicago. Brown Commercial Group President Dan Brown represented the landlord.
