Brown brokers four Chicago industrial deals
May 29, 2025 — Brown Commercial Group Broker Thomas Tarallo negotiated four Chicago industrial deals to support growing businesses in the Chicago industrial market.
Tarallo represented Restaurant Equipment Distribution in a 10,800-square-foot lease at 5328 W. 123rd Street in Alsip, Illinois. The company is expanding quickly and will be moving from a 4,000-square-foot space. Their new industrial space is part of multi-tenant building featuring nearly 80,000 square feet with multiple drive-in bays and interior and exterior dock doors.
Tarallo also negotiated two Chicago industrial deals for Agora Truck Parts to assist the business in expanding into a second 3,080-square-foot space at 470 Bonnie Lane in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. This is the second industrial lease for the company at this property which is part of the O’Hare submarket, one of the busiest industrial areas in the Chicago market. In 2024, Tarallo had represented the wholesale trucking parts distribution company in the original lease of the same size for the adjacent space. Brown Commercial Vice President Candace Scurto represented the landlord in both transactions.
Agora Truck Parts, represented by Tarallo, also expanded into Wood Dale, Illinois, with a 3,400-square-foot lease at 861 N. Central Avenue. The property is just 10 minutes from the company’s two locations in Elk Grove Village. Brown Commercial Partner Trinity Scurto represented the landlord.
